Letter from the Editor – Easter 2024

Dear Readers,

Happy Easter!

This year’s March issue is a bit different from our normal monthly magazine format. I was afraid we wouldn’t be able to publish an issue this month at all, but luckily we got our hosting problems under control and have just enough time to squeeze one in at the last minute. So we’re reprinting a random selection of Easter articles from past issues, plus a couple of other timely articles for this month. Thank you, Grace, for your review of the JESUS musical, it looks awesome and it will be FREE to watch on Easter weekend!

How does your family celebrate Easter? We go to church but don’t usually make it to the sunrise service. We never really did Easter baskets, and we don’t bother coloring hard-boiled eggs any more, but I must have my DARK CHOCOLATE bunny! I don’t care how old we are, we will always enjoy hunting for our plastic eggs with little prizes inside. Easter dinner at our house usually consists of ham, cheesy potatoes, candied carrots, homemade dinner rolls or Hawaiian sweet rolls, fruit salad and a cream pie.

By the way, there’s one more day to enter for a chance to win one (1) copy of God’s Goodness for The Chosen Bible Study! Click here and leave a comment to enter! The Chosen Season 4 streaming dates are up in the air, but it will be back in theaters this week! Episodes 1 to 3 will be available on Maundy Thursday, which is March 28. Episodes 4 to 6 will be in theaters on Good Friday, March 29. Episodes 7 and 8 will be shown on Holy Saturday, March 30. AND they have discounts! Click here for details.

We plan to publish a regular April issue, although it will probably be late because we’re traveling to see the eclipse. In the meantime, please send us your articles so they will be ready to post when we get back.

Happy Homeschooling!
