Trinity & Triunity by E. Charles Heinze

A Book Review by Naomi Downing.

Back cover:  Understanding the triunity of God and its implications will always be crucial to a correct understanding of the Godhead and all other Christian doctrines. This excellent volume evidences unusually good thinking and clear expression about such an important element of theology.

My Review: I expected this book to be pretty far from my level of understanding—I mean, the Trinity isn’t exactly a super easy topic to completely comprehend, right? But I was pleasantly surprised!

In his book, Mr. Heinze talks about the Trinity (obviously) but like a good teacher makes a difficult topic a little bit easier to understand.

He covered the topics on each part of the Trinity, how it is three in one, the different jobs of each, and how you really can’t have one without the other! He talked about the Trinity a lot, but he did slightly cover topics like different faith’s people have and how they are not lined up with the Trinity.

Now, I’m not saying this was a super easy read, but it was easier than expected and I do recommend this book if you do like to challenge yourself to think deeper, or if you are interested in learning more about the Trinity.
