Want my advice?
Take your vitamins, stay healthy, get enough sleep, read more books, cut down on social media use, keep active, think positive, set goals, and challenge yourself.
Another thing… I’m all for setting deadlines.
Just like dreams without goals are merely wishes, goals without a time limit are aimless. You have to set some kind of a time frame – even if it’s just a self-imposed one – or it’ll be too easy to keep putting things off and then your goal will never be reached. Have a final target date as well as incremental deadlines along the way to keep you on track.
