At first glance, the phrase “crash your career” may seem like a bad idea. But it’s actually a good thing, more like a career “crash course,” as Isaac Morehouse explains.
Morehouse is the founder of Praxis, a startup apprenticeship program, and he is the CEO of Crash.co, a new career launch platform. He also authored a book, Crash your Career. Morehouse is very passionate about helping young people so they don’t get left behind. He says there’s a lot of bad information out there about careers.
For example, a lot of people will tell you to just focus on getting the best education and grades you can, slap that degree on a nicely formatted resume, and start applying to jobs. But Morehouse tells us that doesn’t work. In fact, it has less than a 2% hit rate.
