We’re not psychologists, counselors, therapists, or experts – we’re just fellow homeschoolers who are willing to offer a little friendly advice. Sometimes it helps to have a second opinion, and we’re here for you. The Advice Paradise team will answer questions on homeschooling, relationships, religion, and life in general. No question is too trivial. Just ask about anything you want to know! We promise to keep it simple and get straight to the point.

- How can I ask God to give me signs if she’s the one for me?
When seeking God’s will, make certain that you are following God’s instructions as written in the Bible. First of all, consider what Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, wrote to the local believers: “Do not be yoked together with unbelievers” (2 Corinthians 6:14). Does she qualify according to God’s Word? Now, get a concordance or go online to https://biblehub.com/concordance. Look up and read every chapter in the Bible that mentions: woman, bride, wedding, marriage, wife, children, and mother. How does her behavior align with what you learned from this study? Best wishes.
- I am 15 years old and I fell in love with a 13 year old girl, what should I do?
True love waits, as they say, so don’t be too hasty. First, is the feeling mutual? If the answer is yes, once you have been together for a long time and still feel in love, then the feelings are probably true. Even though you may feel grown-up as a teenager, you’re still quite young. Finish school, get a job, work hard for the next five years, save money. When she is 18, ask her dad if you can speak with him. Be prepared to show how you are able to earn a good steady income to live independently and support his daughter. Also, don’t be afraid to talk to your parents. They can speak from experience and give you advice. Good luck!
- Why is my boyfriend acting weird after dating him for 2 months?
If he is crossing shark-infested waters to bring you a glass of lemonade, then this is normal-good-weird. It means that he’s in love with you. 🙂 But if he is making you feel scared, uncomfortable, or unhappy, then it is not-good-weird. Sorry! 🙁
