A Poem On Mold
Ever wonder why fruit rots?
You may think it rots because it’s old
But think again, it’s an enzyme attack
Which is called mold
When you see a banana turn brown on it’s back
This is an example of digestive enzymes breaking down the batter
Which is a serious matter
It’s true mold can be found in creatures on land and water
If you look closely, you’ll find mold inside a sea otter!
