Anbomo Candle Warmer Lamp for Cozy Room Decor

By Teri O.

When you think of autumn, what do you smell? To me, autumn is a blend of sweet, earthy, and smoky aromas arising from baked goods, dry leaves, and bonfires. Fall is an ideal season for aromatherapy because its many wonderful scents include: pumpkin spice, apple pie, spiced cider, cedarwood, cinnamon; and as we get closer to Christmas there’s peppermint, pine, and frankincense. The crisp air and cozy moods of the holidays make it the perfect time to create warm and inviting home atmospheres.

If you wish your house smelled like your favorite store, hotel, or holiday, here’s your chance! The Anbomo Candle Warmer Lamp can be used with candles or wax melts. The lamp is dimmable, using the controls on the inline switch, and it has a timer that can be set to 2 hours, 4 hours, or 8 hours. The telescoping lamp post is adjustable to multiple heights between 6-13 inches for different size candles. Pull it up or push it down, and twist to lock in place.

The Anbomo Candle Warmer Lamp is both decorative and functional, and it’s suitable for home or office. Before use, you have to insert the bulb in the socket, which is a little weird because it’s not like a regular light socket. The bulb has two posts that you place into the holes and turn to lock in place. It’s a GU10 Halogen Light Bulb with a built‑in reflector to direct heat toward your candle while also producing visible light at the same time. The lamp comes with one extra bulb.

The warmth from the bulb starts to release the aroma right away. You can turn the lamp on when you enter the room and turn it off when you leave, or set the timer to keep the lamp on for a certain length of time and it will turn off automatically. If you keep it set on low brightness, it will extend the life of the bulb and emit a soft, steady aroma. If you want to make your room smell better fast, put the Anbomo Candle Warmer Lamp on a higher setting and then you can turn it down later.

The brightest setting puts out enough light to read by and creates a lot of heat. Be careful, because the glass lamp shade will get hot, so keep out of the reach of children. One side benefit of the Anbomo Candle Warmer Lamp is that it does emit heat. So if you place it in a small room like a bathroom, or a cool drafty corner of a bedroom, it will provide some warmth. The lowest setting creates a dim ambient lighting effect, like for a bedroom at night. I love how this lamp combines mood lighting with aromatherapy!

I appreciate the variety of lamp colors, too, so you can choose one that will fit your décor. There’s black, white, gold, bronze, smoky gray, rose pink, and marble green, as well as different base and shade variations. I ordered the gold lamp post on a natural wood base. The base is nice and heavy, even more so when you set your glass jar candle or ceramic wax warmer on it, so the lamp is stable and won’t tip. The Anbomo Candle Warmer Lamp comes in a pretty pink box if you’d like to give it as a gift.
