At TPUSA there are no limits to what you can accomplish. Turning Point USA (TPUSA) was founded in 2012 by Charlie Kirk and Bill Montgomery as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the mission to educate, train, and organize students to promote individual liberty, free markets, and limited government while emphasizing fiscal responsibility, patriotism, and traditional American values.

The organization grew rapidly into one of the largest and most influential conservative youth movements in the country. TPUSA runs student chapters at high schools and colleges across the U.S. They also host large events like the Student Action Summit, Young Women’s Leadership Summit, and AmericaFest. After Kirk’s assassination in 2025, the organization has remained highly visible under his widow Erika’s leadership.

TPUSA is actively hiring, and they currently list dozens of open job roles across the U.S. Arizona has the highest concentration since their headquarters is in Phoenix.
